We’re looking forward to returning to the Northeast Acquirers Association (NEAA) Annual Conference & Tradeshow this year. Electronic Merchant Systems is exhibiting as a Platinum Sponsor. You’ll find our Agent team at Booth 6 – ready to discuss how a partnership with EMS can help you increase efficiency and maximize your portfolio.
Here are some of the key details to know before you go to the show:
NEAA is a non-profit, non-membership regional association chartered to serve the needs of all merchant acquiring payment professionals.
According to their website, “The Northeast Acquirers Association (NEAA) was founded in 1985 and is entering its 36th year of successfully serving and educating all distribution channels in the electronic payments industry in the northeast (ISO, MSP, MLS, FI). Our annual conference provides an educational forum that covers the most current industry issues, trends, and topics. We provide economical access for attendees to meet with the companies that are the front-runners in developing the latest payment technologies, solutions, and products. Our conference venues promote optimal settings for payment professionals to network one-on-one or in a group environment.”
NEAA also happens to be the longest-running regional conference in our industry. Last year’s event was unfortunately canceled due to COVID-19. In 2022, however, the association is prepared to set records in attendee, exhibitor, and sponsor attendance.
“We expect our 2022 event to be the biggest yet.” - NEAA
This year’s conference and trade show will be held April 6th – 7th, 2022 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown in the heart of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Click here to view the latest conference Agenda.
Any business or individual that sells acquiring, transaction processing, or value-added products or services directly to merchants is invited to attend NEAA, including:
The registration fee for attendees is $150 and includes access to all educational seminars, vendor exhibits, meals, and opening and closing cocktail receptions. For more information or to get registered, click here.
Any consultant, industry attorney, individual from the investment/research community, senior management of acquirer, processor, or ISOs & MSP who is not otherwise exhibiting as a vendor is welcome to register as an industry expert.
NEAA defines an industry expert as senior, executive, sales, or technical management of one of the following company types:
Previous exhibitors or vendors who are not exhibiting are also welcomed to register as industry experts. The registration fee for industry experts is $250 and includes access to all educational seminars, vendor exhibits, meals, and opening and closing cocktail receptions. Click here to register.
Please note that gaining access to the event to solicit business in the aisles or other public spaces used for the conference (“suitcasing”) is not permitted. This practice skirts the support of the vendor/exhibitors and sponsors who have contributed time and money to exhibit at the conference. Anyone who is observed to be soliciting a business that is not a registered vendor will be asked to leave immediately.
If you’re an ISO agent, attending industry conferences & tradeshows like NEAA is a great idea. The knowledge you gain, contacts you make, and opportunities you uncover can help take your career to the next level.
